The process
Once a project is confirmed and we have your site drawings we will action your bespoke sprinkler design to be checked and signed off by you and/or building control. Our team is happy to liaise directly with building control to answer any questions and queries directly to make your life easier. Our experienced Design team will tailor the system to your space, lighting layouts and building control requirements.
Design
Once we receive all the project information, we will review the design details and recommend the best sprinkler routes, head layouts, and optimal water supply solutions.
After the sprinkler system is designed, we will submit it for approval

After designing and supplying the materials for your fire sprinkler system, we will also carry out a streamlined installation service. Our most common installations use CPVC pipe and the preferred concealed fire sprinkler heads. The fire sprinklers are then installed according to the design drawings.
Fire sprinkler heads are typically fitted as part of the first fix which allows for the entire system to be pressure tested before being closed off by ceilings or floors.
We aim to provide an efficient and swift service to install your sprinkler systems, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard and allowing other services to work around us.
A retrofit system is a common solution for installing sprinklers in existing buildings.
Depending on the building, you can install a sprinkler system on the wall using concealed wall sprinkler heads and box them in, or install it through the ceiling.
We also have a team of skilled carpenters who can box in any wall installations, along with a repair team to address any ceiling repairs needed
We offer a full service and maintenance contract for systems, giving you peace of mind, as well as ensuring that your sprinkler system is keeping to the standard BS 9251 required.

We provide professional dry riser installations that comply with current UK fire safety regulations, ensuring optimal performance in case of an emergency.
Dry risers are typically required in buildings over 18 meters high but less than 60 meters, where a wet riser is recommended
Once the installation is complete and tested, we will issue you with handover documentation including:
